NPA will audit the Health of your business
We'll look at everything you show and tell us! Normally, this entails discussing your financials, markets, customers, services, equipment, leases, people, and more. We're very interested in what you think about your challenges and opportunities. Normally we will have questions to ask you that will help to fill in the gaps in our knowledge. We have considerable experience looking at businesses and often spot things that a business owner/leader does not see because they are working down in the details. Please don't be overly concerned that you are not prepared to have your business "audited". We understand the pressures of running a business and encourage you to "come as you are" with whatever information you can easily pull together.
If you are a startup company, your Business Audit will focus on the Startup Success Circle and how ready you are to move forward.
Starting with a no fee/no obligation Business Audit, NPA wants to learn about your business needs, challenges, and opportunities. Plan on a first session lasting between 1.0 - 1.5 hours. Business Audits can also be held via web conference if participants are remote. Please email in advance or bring a copy of your current financials, business plans, and any other relevant information to the Business Audit. You'll also receive via email within 2-3 business days after your session an NPA Business Audit Summary including our findings and preliminary recommendations.
