Executive Coaching
Having an experienced CEO to bounce ideas off of can be very valuable. An outsider can often see things that the business leader cannot see because they are involved in the day to day operations. Coaching sessions can be set up on a monthly basis with phone/email contact as needed between sessions.
Contract Negotiation/Deal Gameplan
NPA can review an existing deal you are considering and help you ensure that it is a sound decision and that you are positioned to make it successful. Better yet, NPA can help you develop a "Deal Gameplan" which can be used to proactively identify and filter such opportunities.
