NPA's basic offerings are a Business Strategy Audit followed by a Business Strategy Action Plan which are detailed in offerings #1 -#4 below. In combination, these form what we refer to as a Business Acceleration Strategy ("BAS"). Within 3-4 business days following the Audit, clients receive an emailed Business Audit Report including preliminary recommendations for moving their business forward. The client can then elect to pursue the development of a Business Strategy Action Plan immediately thereafter. Startup company cllients in turn receive an emailed Startup Success Circle Audit Scorecard which provides critical feedback regarding their startup plans. Clients may elect in some cases to forego the Audit and Strategy development phases and opt to purchase one of NPA's Specialized Services (see offerings #5 - #9) below.
Completing the Audit and Action Plan phases are a key step toward establishing a solid business plan to prosper your business and provides NPA with an in depth understanding of your overall business. Startups and smaller businesses are encouraged to complete both prior to pursuing any Specialized Services.

* Determine Valuation Range and Sales Strategy
* Develop Confidential Prospectus
* Reach out to Potential Buyers/Find 1 or more Buyers
* Negotiate Terms/Prepare Contract/Close the Deal
Please keep in mind that being "For Sale" generally reduces your valuation by 35% or more. NPA approaches potential Buyers without disclosing the Sellers business name. Only after a Buyer is properly qualified and under a non-disclosure agreement, do we reveal the identity of the Seller's business.
